PI filled PTFE Seals
Polyimide is one of the organic polymer materials with the best comprehensive performance. The glass transition temperature is as high as 385℃, the coefficient of thermal expansion is low, there is no physical and chemical change during the sintering process of PTFE (360～380℃), the performance is stable, and it is resistant to creep. Strong denaturation, high hardness, good polymerization with PTFE.
F410PI has excellent wear resistance and high temperature resistance.
▶ Typical Application Areas:
Used as piston rings, guide rings, support rings, gaskets work in harsh environments with high temperature, high pressure, high speed and harsh lubrication conditions.
Compressors, pump valves, engines, gearboxes, steering systems and fuel injection systems.
