聚氨酯

PCTFE專用於高新技術,在-265℃下仍能保持彈性,可在-200-125℃條件下長期使用。

超高分子量聚乙烯

熔點130-136℃,密度0.94g/cm3,肖氏硬度40-60D。

在-70℃下仍具有較高的衝擊性能,在-196℃下仍保持韌性和強度,長期工作溫度為-180℃-90℃。

而缺點是:抗拉伸、抗壓力不夠,耐高溫能力弱,硬度低。

丁腈橡膠
這種聚合物通常稱為丁腈或丁腈橡膠,是丁二烯和丙烯腈的共聚物。它們根據聚合物中結合丙烯腈 (ACN) 含量的百分比進行區分。
低乙腈聚合物具有良好的低溫柔韌性、抗壓縮形變性和良好的彈性性能,但對油和燃料的耐受性中等。隨著ACN含量的增加,對礦物油、燃料和油脂的耐受性增加,但低溫柔韌性、抗壓縮形變性和彈性等性能惡化。中型 ACN 聚合物表現出上述所有性能的良好平衡。這些聚合物的正常使用溫度範圍為 -25 攝氏度至 120 攝氏度。

XNBR(Carboxylated nitrile rubber)

XNBR is a ternary copolymer synthesized from butadiene, acrylonitrile, and organic acids (such as acrylic acid or methacrylic acid). It has a relative density of 0.98–0.99. The introduction of carboxyl groups enhances polarity, improves compatibility with PVC and phenolic resins, imparts high strength, and provides excellent adhesion and aging resistance. It also enhances wear and tear resistance and further improves oil resistance. Its tensile strength ranges from 25.5 to 26.5 MPa, elongation at break from 310% to 380%, and tear strength from 51.0 to 55.9 kN/m.

In addition to retaining the characteristics of NBR, XNBR offers superior wear resistance. For this reason, XNBR-based components are commonly used in dynamic assemblies, such as seals and rod wipers. However, a drawback is its short processing safety storage period.

CR

PVMQ:(Methyl Vinyl Phenyl Silicone Rubber)
PVMQ is derived from VMQ by introducing phenyl groups. Due to the incorporation of phenyl groups, PVMQ exhibits a lower glass transition temperature and improved low-temperature resistance, along with enhanced radiation resistance. The temperature resistance range of PVMQ typically spans from -60°C (as low as -115°C in special cases) to 204°C (up to 260°C in special cases).
Applications: PVMQ is primarily used in the manufacturing of low-temperature elastic materials, radiation-resistant materials, and special cables. Owing to its exceptional low-temperature performance, PVMQ finds extensive applications in aerospace, aviation, military, and other specialized fields.

AEM

AEM rubber is an opaque milky white semi-translucent solid rubber material with excellent heat aging resistance and fluid resistance. It can be used continuously for 18 months at 120°C and for 6 weeks at 170°C, exhibiting superior heat resistance compared to chlorosulfonated polyethylene rubber (CSM) and NBR. AEM rubber demonstrates good resistance to ATF, gear oil, ethylene glycol/water mixtures, and other fluids, but performs poorly against gasoline, phosphate ester hydraulic fluids, etc. This material is widely used in automotive industry applications such as seals, protective sleeves, diaphragms, and bellows, and features low oil swell and high wear resistance.

ACM(Polyacrylate rubber)

Also known as acrylic rubber, is an elastomer primarily polymerized from alkyl acrylate esters and copolymerized with a second component containing reactive groups. It exhibits properties such as high temperature resistance, resistance to petroleum-based (lubricating) oils, weather resistance, and ozone resistance, making it a specialized rubber material. Its drawbacks include poor flexibility at low temperatures and relatively weak chemical resistance.

The standard service temperature range for polyacrylate rubber is between -15°C and 150°C. When the temperature exceeds 175°C, its service life may be shortened. Certain specially formulated compositions can extend the usable temperature down to -25°C or even lower.

ACM is primarily used in automotive oil seals. During operation, automobiles require sealing rubber materials to possess excellent oil resistance and heat aging resistance. Due to its ability to meet these requirements, ACM is often referred to as “automotive rubber.”
